Some of us actually go ahead and do it- a nose job, a liposuction, etc. Celebs often use plastic surgery to enhance specific parts of their looks, since they greatly rely on it to make a living. Yet the following famous people on this list have gone under the knife, and came out looking entirely different:

Nicki Minaj, $11,500

Rapper Nicki spent $11,500 on three different surgeries to get her new appearance. The cheapest was a skin bleaching for $225. The most expensive was a nose job that made the tip of her nose point down for $6,075.

The other major procedure Nicki had was the oddest. She spent over $5,000 to get silicone implants in each of her buttocks.

Jocelyn Wildenstein, $2 million

Jocelyn Widelstein, a wealthy socialite, maintains her appearance to look like a cat. Reportedly, Wildestein has had the following procedures: lip injections, a face lift, eyelids correction, cheek implants and lace-front wigs. Total cost for her makeover: $2 million.

Lil’ Kim, $19,625

Lil’ Kim had five operations while disappearing from the limelight to come back very different. Among Lil’ Kim’s procedures were lip injections for $825, a nose job that cost $6,075, liposuction at $7,000 and breast implants for $5,500. When it was all said and done, Lil’ Kim ended up having more plastic surgeries than hit singles over the last 15 years.

Vivica Fox, $26,085

Here is the list: Botox injections for $500 per area of face, lip injections for $835, jaw implants for $4,250, a face-lift for $15,000 and breast implants for $5,500. Fox is currently the host of the Lifetime reality show Prank My Mom, where kids play pranks on their mothers.

Heidi Montag, $30,000

The 26-year-old star, who first shot to fame thanks to her role in MTV show The Hills, has paid a staggering $30,000 to achieve her dream body. Montag had a brow lift, a nose job, ears pinned, chin shaved, two breast enlargements, back scooped out, fat injected into her cheekbones and lipo on her inner and outer thighs.

Sharon went under the knife after dramatic weight loss. “After losing half my body weight I had flesh hanging everywhere,” she recalls. She revealed to Britain’s Night and Day magazine that “I had liposuction on my neck and had it lifted too. I had my breasts lifted, my arms lipo-ed and my tummy tucked. I had my bum lifted and implants inserted. The total cost was 120,000 GBP and it was worth every last penny.”

Nadya “Octomom” Suleman, $12,810

Nadya Suleman was assisted by a team of doctors in order to become pregnant with octuplets. Surgery was probably a necessary thing for Nadya in one area, but a waste of cash elsewhere. The Octomom spent $5,900 on vaginal rejuvenation and $7,000 on a nose job and lip injections, attempting to look like Angelina Jolie.

Demi’s youngest daughter, Tallulah Willis, revealed she had battled body dysmorphia and the eating disorder anorexia. Tallulah, 21, made the stunning revelations in a candid video confessional, where she revealed she struggled with low self-esteem and once starved herself down to 95 pounds. While Rumer (the other, whose father is Bruce Willis) has never admitted to going under the knife, her changing appearance over the years has sparked rumors she got surgery to shave down her chin. She may have also gotten lip injections to get fuller lips. On the other hand, Demi has been the subject of numerous plastic surgeries. Moore reportedly got $500,000 in cosmetic procedures, including breast implants, a face lift, liposuction, a body lift and a knee cap lift.
